Michał Borowski is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax advisory and governance. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of the Tax Governance Team at CRIDO since July 2014, Michał specializes in VAT advisory and the development of IT-based tax solutions, while actively managing client relationships. Additionally, Michał holds the position of Chair of the Tax Committee at the Business Centre Club and serves as a Minister in the Economic Shadow Cabinet, focusing on taxation issues for Polish entrepreneurs. As the Founder and President of the Supervisory Board of the Fundacja Edukacja Sportowa, Michał is dedicated to supporting youth in their sporting and educational pursuits. Previous roles include Senior Manager and head of the VAT department at Kancelaria Ożóg Tomczykowski, and experience at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant in Indirect Tax Consulting. Michał's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and completion of the Advanced Leadership Program.
