Matthew Pazdziorko currently serves as a Category and Shopper Insights Strategist at Bush Brothers & Company, a position held since November 2022. Prior to that, at Associated Grocers of New England, Matthew held roles such as Senior Space Management Analyst, where processes and reports were developed, and Store Equipment and Design Specialist, overseeing significant project implementations. Matthew's retail career began at Hannaford Supermarkets with roles progressing from Grocery Clerk to Assistant Store Manager, demonstrating leadership across multiple store operations. Matthew holds an MBA in Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Management from Thomas College.
