Nadir Yusuf has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nadir started their career in 2013 as a Chiropractic Assistant at Nelson Chiropractic Rehabilitation and Clinic, where they assisted with patient movement and provided therapy. In 2016, they joined Divine House Inc as an HST, providing care and support to individuals with disabilities.

In 2017, Nadir began volunteering as a Student Volunteer at Churches United For Homeless and as a Volunteer at Robert Asp Elementary School. Nadir also took on multiple roles at Minnesota State University, Moorhead, including Dragon Ambassador, representing Cross Country, and serving on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, where they eventually became the President. During this time, they also worked as a Dragon Caller, raising funds for the university's needs.

In 2018, Nadir joined Prinsco, Inc. as a Liaison/Coiler, responsible for coiling pipes and maintaining communication with the management team. Nadir also worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Willmar Senior High School, providing academic assistance to students with special needs.

In 2020, Nadir joined MOORHEAD AREA PUBLIC SCHOOLS - ISD 152 as an Assistant Cross Country Coach, where they focused on training and rehabilitation. Nadir also recently started working at Bushel as a Sales Development Representative.
