Sonia Mastros has over 25 years of work experience. Sonia began their career in 1986 with Van Vliet Enterprises, where they served as the Controller/Office Manager. In this role, they managed low-income apartment rental properties in Southwest Philadelphia, controlling unit leasing, collections, contractors, accounts payable, payroll, lease renewals, evictions and miscellaneous day-to-day operations. In 1994, they moved to Bionetics Corporation, where they served as the Facilities Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for daily purchases and asset control for ten facilities located throughout the Eastern United States. Sonia then moved to Philip H. Kline & Company, Inc. in 1995, where they served as the Office Manager/MIS. In this role, they managed daily activities to maintain a smooth flow of operations, overseeing the Accounting, Warehouse and Customer Service departments. Finally, in 1997, they joined Orbit Software, Inc., where they served as the Network/Software Support Specialist. In this role, they lead Project Management, system configurations, software installation, training and technical support (on-site and by phone), managing software distribution, and software documentation. In 2005, they were promoted to President - Sales & Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for management of Sales & Marketing and Customer Support staff, as well as hands on experience not only using the software, but presenting and selling to school districts throughout USA and Canada.

Sonia Mastros began their educational journey at Reading Senior High School, where they earned their High School Diploma from 1977 to 1981. Sonia then attended Pennsylvania Business Institute from 1984 to 1986, receiving an Associates degree in Accounting Management. In 1999, they attended ExecuTrain to earn their MCSE certification in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Finally, in 2000, they attended Microsoft Training Camp to earn their Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification in Microsoft Software.
