Wolf Kohlberg has been working in the field since 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Project Manager for NANUQ AVENTURE. Wolf then worked as a Student Researcher at the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln (German Sport University) from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they took on the role of Project Manager for Vol de Nuit. From 2013 to present, Wolf has held multiple roles at Bus.com, including Board Member, Co-Founder & Senior Mobility Advisor, and Co-Founder & COO. Additionally, they have been the German Market Manager for Sentiers Privés since 2013.

Wolf Kohlberg completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics at Fachhochschule Gelsenkirchen between 2006 and 2009. Wolf then attended Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sport Tourism and Recreation Management. In 2012, Wolf Kohlberg was a student at Université du Québec à Montréal, studying Tourism and Travel Services Management.
