Sten Larsson started their work experience in 2006 at Jeppesen as a Systems Expert, where they worked until December 2014. In 2015, they joined Burt Intelligence as a Software Engineer, and their tenure at the company continues to the present.

From 2001 to 2006, Sten Larsson attended Chalmers University of Technology. Sten studied Computer Software Engineering during this time but did not obtain a degree.
