Jeff Allen is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and oversight. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Construction at Burns & McDonnell since 2011, Jeff Allen oversees regional project management, procurement, and construction management activities, ensuring effective execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. Prior to this role, Jeff Allen held various leadership positions at Black & McDonald Limited, including Division Manager, where specialization in high-voltage electrical work was emphasized. Jeff Allen's career began in engineering and construction roles, with foundational experiences as a Civil Engineer. Jeff Allen holds an MBA and a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas.
