Rachel Thater, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Burns & Levinson LLP since August 2011, where previous roles include Senior Director, Director, Manager, Senior Generalist, Generalist, and Assistant. Prior to this, Rachel worked at UMass Medical School from May 2006 to August 2011 as a Data Analyst in the Center for Healthcare Financing, focusing on provider reviews, data analysis, and project coordination. Rachel also completed a marketing internship at Davis Publications in 2009. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and furthered education at Salem State University.
