Mariel Jalayer has extensive experience in marketing and sales operations. Mariel is currently working as the Vice President of Digital Marketing at Burmax. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Director at Product Club Color Accessories from 2018-2021. From 2014-2018, they worked as the Senior Director of Marketing & Sales Operations at SoCozy, where they played a pivotal role in the development and growth of the brand. Before that, Mariel held the position of Marketing Director at OUIDAD from 2013-2014, where they managed a team and worked closely with the CEO. Mariel also worked as a Brand Manager at Coty Beauty from 2011-2013 and as a Marketing Manager at Kiss Products, Inc. from 2009-2011. Mariel began their career at Avon Products, Inc., where they held various positions from 2005-2009, including Associate Manager and Assistant Brand Manager. Mariel started their career as a Sales Assistant at Tri-Coastal Design in 2004 and gained internship experience at Kenneth Cole Productions in the Internet/Catalog Division in 2003.

Mariel Jalayer completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing Management from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management between the years 2000 and 2004.
