Dina S. began their work experience in 2005 at Notations as a Compliance Coordinator in the Accounts Receivable department. Dina then moved on to Nine West Holdings, starting as a Customs Compliance employee in 2006, and working their way up to become a Financial Controls Senior Auditor until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Dina worked as a Compliance Manager at Global Brands Group. Most recently, they joined Burlington Stores, Inc. in 2017 as a Senior Internal Auditor, and has since been promoted to Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit.

Dina S. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Dina also holds a Master's degree in Economics from Grodno State University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, also from Grodno State University. Additionally, Dina has obtained certifications in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from recognized institutions such as The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and ISACA.
