Dan Treinis is an experienced educator specializing in design, engineering, and technology education. Currently serving as a Design, Engineering, and Fabrication Instructor at Burlington Technical Center since August 2022, Dan also holds a long-standing position as a Design and Technology Education Teacher at Burlington School District since September 2001, focusing on 6th to 8th grade STEM/STEAM curriculum, materials processing, software design, and engineering topics. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Educator with City Parks Foundation, where Dan taught gardening and garden education to elementary and middle school students. Dan Treinis holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Conservation Education from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Teacher Education from the State University of New York at Oswego.
