Caroline Welch serves as the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at Rutgers University and holds the position of Occupational Therapist at Burlington County Special Services School District. Since August 2013, Caroline has been an Assistant Professor in the Occupational Therapy Program at Temple University's College of Health Professions and Social Work. Caroline also contributes as an Academic Fieldwork Coordinator and Assistant Professor at the University of the Sciences since July 2012 and works as a Per-Diem Occupational Therapist at Care One since August 2009. Previous roles include providing school-based therapy services for children with developmental delays and disabilities at various institutions, such as the Educational Services Unit and Bancroft Neurohealth. Caroline earned a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Temple University and holds multiple certifications and degrees in the field, including a Master's of Science and a Bachelor's of Science from The University of Scranton.
