Stefanie Burleson, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of physiology and research. Currently serving as Study Director and Principal Investigator at Burleson Research Technologies, Inc. (BRT) since January 2014, Stefanie leads various laboratory studies for clients in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and health care while ensuring adherence to quality assurance programs and GLP regulations. Prior to this role, Stefanie was a doctoral candidate at The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and completed a research internship at Université Paris-Sud under Professor Marc Pallardy. Early experience includes a position as a research assistant at BRT from 2002 to 2008, where Stefanie gained expertise in GLP-compliant procedures, immunoassays, and animal study protocols. Stefanie holds a Ph.D. in Physiology from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University.
