David Boyle is the current President & CEO at Burke & Herbert Bank. David has held this position since June 2019. Prior to that, they served as the bank's President and COO from May 2019 to July 2019.

Boyle has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. David began their career at Wayne Bancorp, Inc. in January 1991 as the CFO. David was promoted to President & CEO in January 1999 and served in that role until they left the company in June 2005.

After a brief stint at Orrstown Bank, Boyle joined PNC in July 2010 as EVP - Chief Performance Officer. In January 2007, they were promoted to Regional President and served in that role until leaving PNC in July 2012.

Boyle has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

David Boyle has a BA in Accounting and Business/Management from Westminster College (PA).
