Mike Moody has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff at Burke County Sheriff's Office since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mike Moody worked at the North Carolina Department of Public Safety (NCDPS) from January 1990 to June 2020 as an Officer. Additionally, Mike Moody has a background in military service, having served in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal from November 1986 to 1990.
