Lisa Massarweh has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Lisa is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer of Operational Excellence & Data Analytics at Burjeel Holdings. Prior to this, they worked at Albany Medical Center as the Senior Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer, where they were responsible for the overall delivery of patient care and nursing services.

Lisa also had a long tenure at Kaiser Permanente, where they held various positions including Executive Director, Patient Care Services Performance and Workforce Strategy, Director of Patient Care Services Financial Performance & Staffing Operations, and Chief Nursing Officer. In these roles, they provided strategic leadership, managed complex financial and staffing projects, and improved safety, satisfaction, and productivity metrics.

Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Lisa had worked at Contra Costa County as the Chief Nursing Officer and Nurse Program Manager. Lisa'sresponsibilities included assessing the quality and efficiency of nursing care services, implementing nursing-related projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lisa began their career at Kent State University, where they served as the Director of Nursing at the Ashtabula Campus and as an Assistant Professor. In these roles, they were accountable for administering nursing programs and providing education and guidance to students.

Lisa Massarweh received their Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Francisco in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Nursing Administration from Gannon University in 1993. Lisa also has a Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from St. Vincent Health Center School of Nursing in 1986. In addition to their degrees, Lisa has obtained several certifications including Clinical Resource Leader from the Labor Management Institute in 2016, a certificate program in healthcare finance for nurse executives from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) & AONE in 2014, and the designation of Nurse Executive Advanced (NEA-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Lisa is also registered as a Nurse in New York state, as a Public Health Nurse and Registered Nurse in California, and as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Lisa has additional certifications in Acute/Critical Care Knowledge Professional (Adult) (CCRN-K) from AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses) and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the Healthcare Quality Certification Commission.
