Glenn De Souza has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Team Leader - HR at Burjeel Holdings since December 2019, after progressing through roles including Senior Executive - HR and HR Executive. Prior to this, Glenn worked as an HR Executive and HR Associate at Globus Management Services Pvt Ltd from June 2016 to August 2019. Internship experience includes a role at IFB Industries Ltd focused on recruitment, selection, and attrition analysis, and a departmental study at CFL Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Academically, Glenn holds a Masters of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor’s degree from St. Xaviers College, Goa, complemented by high school education from St. Thomas Higher Secondary School and St. Xaviers High School in Goa.
