Sydney S. is an accomplished Bridge Engineer II at Burgess & Niple, with a solid foundation in structural engineering gained through diverse internships and academic achievements. Since December 2021, Sydney has compiled Bridge Scoping Reports, conducted Small Structure Analysis, designed superstructures, and produced engineering documentation using advanced software. Previous experience includes managing IT support at Purdue University's Information Technology at Purdue (ITaP) and performing bridge inspections and load ratings as a Bridge Repair and Inspection Intern for the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Sydney also has experience as a Structural Engineer Intern with Quality Execution Inc., focusing on compliance and design for a Blast Resistant Building, and held a Summer Legal Internship at Sarah Cannon. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Purdue University.
