Steve Maobelem is a Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in various engineering and management roles. Currently employed at Burgess & Niple since June 2023, Steve previously founded Level Industries, where significant sales were achieved through diverse marketing strategies and extensive market research. Steve's experience includes a Co-Op position as an Assistant Sales Engineer at TLA Inc, focusing on hydronic mechanical engineering equipment, as well as an internship at Mason & Hanger, where HVAC and plumbing systems were designed and implemented. Early career roles included landscaping and retail management. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Math from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Virginia Community College.
