Paul Holloran has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Restaurant Lead at Burgerville, LLC since March 2020, after a long tenure as General Manager at Burgerville starting in June 2008. Prior to this, Paul held the position of General Manager at Joe's Crab Shack from March 2005 to June 2008, and worked as a Franchise Consultant at Applebee's International from October 2000 to August 2004. Paul holds an Associate of Science degree in computer systems from Oregon Institute of Technology, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
