Ward Ramsay is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and kitchen leadership. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Public Chef since March 2020 and General Manager at BurgerFi since January 2019, Ramsay has acquired a strong skill set in both culinary arts and operations management. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Smokeys from May 2018 to March 2020, Business Application Specialist in facility management at ISS A/S from September 2005 to October 2017, and General Manager Trainer at Ponderosa Steakhouse from 1994 to 2002, along with a managerial position at Golden Ox Restaurant from 1992 to 1994.
