Jeff Warne is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the restaurant and food service industry. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, and CEO at California Pizza Kitchen since October 2020, Warne also co-owns multiple Burger Republic locations established between 2012 and 2017. With a strong background in governance, Warne held the position of Board Chair at The Nashville Food Project from 2016 to 2022 and at Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee from 2006 to 2015. Previous roles include CEO of Perkins & Marie Callender's and O'Charley's Inc., as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at TGI Fridays. Warne’s education includes an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
