Carla Gonzalez has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Demand Writer at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C. since November 2017. Previously, Carla held various positions at American Family Insurance from October 1990 to March 2017, including Casualty Claims Manager, Casualty Claim Adjuster, Policies & Procedures Administrator, and Claims Legal Correspondent. In these roles, responsibilities ranged from evaluating and settling bodily injury claims to supervising adjusters and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and Colorado regulations. Carla has developed strong leadership skills and fostered team collaboration throughout their career. Educationally, Carla attended Bismarck State College, achieved the designation of Automobile Claim Law Specialist from the American Educational Institute, and completed high school at Wishek Public School.
