Pratibha Baheti has a diverse work experience. Pratibha started their career as a Design Engineer at Atkins in 2017 and then moved on to work as an Operations Executive - Business Analyst at Bhagwati Air Express Private Limited from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, Pratibha worked as a Growth Marketing Associate at Woodland, where they addressed visual issues at retail stores. Pratibha also founded P&P Apparels in 2020, a venture aimed at creating comfortable clothing without compromising style. At DHL Express India, Pratibha worked as an Operations Management Trainee from July 2021 to December 2021, and later as an Operations Supervisor from January 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Pratibha is employed as a Senior Operations Analyst at Bureau, starting in May 2023.

Pratibha Baheti's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Amity International School in Saket. However, the degree name for this period is unknown. They then went on to study at PES University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering. After that, Pratibha pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Marketing and Operations at the FORE School of Management in New Delhi. This program spanned from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Pratibha obtained two certificationsā€”an IATA Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) certification in July 2017 and a Google Ads Display Certification from Google in April 2020.
