Pradeep Deshpande is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Lead Auditor QHSE & EnMS at Bureau Veritas Group since November 2023, Pradeep previously held the position of Lead Auditor-QHSE at TÃœV SÃœD from March 2022 to October 2023. Prior to that, Pradeep managed quality assurance and product certification at Rajamane Industries Private Limited, overseeing compliance with standards such as UL, CE, and NEMA. With a strong background in new product development and process quality at ITT Inc. and a managerial role in quality assurance at Flowserve Corporation, Pradeep has demonstrated expertise in implementing effective quality, environmental, and occupational health management systems. Earlier roles at Diebold Nixdorf and Pentair Water India Private Limited involved product testing and inspection activities, contributing to organizational accolades such as the Frost & Sullivan platinum award. Pradeep holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in 2003.
