Morgane Boucher has extensive work experience in the legal field. Morgane is currently employed at Bureau Veritas Group as the Vice President General Counsel & Compliance Officer for France. Prior to this position, they worked as the Directrice Juridique for the same company. Before joining Bureau Veritas Group, Morgane worked at Gide Loyrette Nouel as an Avocat from May 2019 to September 2022. Morgane also gained experience as an Avocat at August Debouzy from April 2015 to April 2019, at LexCase from May 2014 to April 2015, and at Vatier & Associés from November 2011 to April 2014. Morgane initially started their legal career as a Juriste-Stagiaire at D & A Parma from July 2010 to December 2010, followed by an Avocat Stagiaire position at Huffschmitt, Werey & Associés from January 2010 to May 2010. Morgane's earliest legal experience was as an Avocat-Stagiaire at Remfry & Sagar from May 2009 to August 2009.

Morgane Boucher completed their education history with a Baccalauréat in ES from Lycée JA Margueritte in 2002. Morgane then pursued a Master 1 in Business Law from the Faculté de Droit, Sciences économiques et Gestion de Nancy from 2002 to 2008. Subsequently, Morgane completed their Master 2 in Law and Economics of the Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Dental Industry from the same institution during the academic year 2008-2009. Finally, in 2010-2011, they attended ERAGE - Ecole des avocats du Grand Est to obtain their CAPA degree.
