Chance Gardner has extensive work experience in strategy roles. Chance started their career as a Strategy Consultant at Microsoft in 1987 and stayed with the company until 1995. Chance then moved on to Arcadis, where they worked as a Strategy Manager from 1996 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Arup as a Strategy Manager and held the position until 2018. Currently, they are working as the Head of Strategy at Bureau Veritas Group.

Chance Gardner earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Georgetown University from 1975 to 1979. Later, from 1985 to 1986, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Economia aziendale/manageriale at New York University.
