Aran Liu has extensive experience in human resources. Their most recent role was as Vice President of Human Resources at 必维国际检测集团. Prior to that, they served as VP of Human Resources Asia at Milliken & Company, where they developed regional HR strategies and led a team in areas such as talent management and organizational effectiveness. They also held the position of Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific at Geberit and Asia Human Resources Director at IDEX Corporation. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ingersoll Rand as National HR Manager and Regional HR Program Manager, and at Philips (China) Investment Co., Ltd. as Assistant HR Manager.
Aran Liu holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2010 to 2012. They also hold a Master's degree in Engineering from Donghua University, which was earned from 2000 to 2003, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the same university, obtained from 1996 to 2000.
