Kia Martin currently serves as a People Partner at the Bureau of Meteorology, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kia was a Senior Consultant in People, Culture and Capability at SA Health from January 2022 to June 2023. Experience also includes a tenure as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Cornerstone Medical Recruitment and various positions at ManpowerGroup, including National Army Portfolio Recruitment Enlistment Coordinator. Earlier career roles involved working as a Dental Assistant and Front Office Coordinator in different companies. Kia began a focus on quality assurance with roles at BTG plc and The Coca-Cola Company. Currently pursuing a Diploma of Human Resources Management at the Australian Institute of Management, education also includes studies at TAFE SA.
