Christina H. Dorr, Ph.D., MLS, is an experienced seminar presenter at the Bureau of Education & Research since September 2020 and has been an author for American Library Association Publications since January 2017. Christina serves as adjunct faculty at Kent State University since 2006 and has extensive experience as a media specialist at Hilliard City School District from 1999 until June 2020. Notable contributions include co-authoring the book "Linking Picture Book Biographies with National Content Standards: 200+ Lives to Explore" with Liz Deskins and serving as an author and workshop presenter for ABC-CLIO from 2015 to June 2018. Christina held the position of MESSENGER Educator Fellow with NASA from 2008 to 2015, along with adjunct faculty roles at Wright State University, Ashland University, and The Ohio State University. Christina’s educational background includes a Ph.D. in Education from The Ohio State University, an MLIS from the University at Albany, a BA from Excelsior University, and an AA from Jefferson Community College.
