Jeff Biggs is an experienced IT Specialist with a background in network engineering, currently employed at the Bureau of Economic Analysis since March 2018. Previously, Jeff served as a Senior Network Engineer at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from April 2016 to March 2018, where responsibilities included supporting Juniper Network through architecture, design, and deployment solutions. Prior to that role, Jeff was the Chief Network Engineer at USAID from April 2000 to April 2016, providing comprehensive design and engineering solutions for critical networks and implementing new technologies, including VOIP/IP Telephony, across numerous global sites. Jeff holds an Associate of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Anne Arundel Community College and possesses active Top Secret clearance along with CCIE and CCNA certifications.
