Vikki Agostino is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People, Culture and Diversity at The Burdekin Association since February 2023, Vikki has previously held the position of People and Culture Director at Herron Todd White from September 2014 to December 2022. Vikki's extensive experience includes roles as a Human Resources Director at oOh! and EYE Corp Media, where responsibilities encompassed people integration, cultural alignment, change management, and the development of HR strategies. Vikki has also provided consulting services to multiple companies on HR-related projects, served as a Human Resources Manager at Gateway overseeing compensation and benefits, and contributed significantly to the merger of NZI Insurance and CU Insurance while at CGU.
