Justene Gordon currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The Burdekin Association since April 2016, having previously held roles within the organization as Early Intervention and Family Support Manager and Case Manager from August 1998 to June 2005. Justene also worked as a Casual Lecturer at TAFE, Northern Beaches Campus from February 2003 to June 2014. Justene holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Sydney (1995-1998), a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment from a Private College (2009), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, earning a GAICD in Governance.
