Alison Bybee has a long and varied career in the hospitality industry. Alison began their career in 2004 as an Assistant General Manager at Bambara-Cambridge. Alison then moved to Denver to become the General Manager of Panzano in 2005. In 2006, they became the General Manager of 312 Chicago & Encore Liquid Lounge in Chicago. In 2010, they were promoted to Senior Director of Restaurant Operations at Kimpton Restaurants. In 2014, they were promoted again to become the Regional Vice President of Operations at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Food & Beverage Operations at MGM National Harbor. In 2018, they moved to Conrad Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Food and Beverage. In 2019, they became the Managing Partner at Strong Like Bull Consulting, LLC. In 2022, they became the Vice President of Operations at Burdeens Jewelry Ltd.
Alison Bybee attended the University of Michigan from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
