Ms Kim Wenn joined the Bupa ANZ Group Board as a Non-Executive Director in February 2022 and is a member of the Bupa ANZ Board Nomination Committee.

Ms Wenn is currently a Non-Executive director at Cogstate (ASX: CGS) and Volt Bank where she also is Chair of the Board Technology Committee.

Ms Wenn has over 30 years’ experience in technology with roles including CIO at Tabcorp, Vice President R&D of Quest Software, an independent software vendor, and General Manager, Technology at Amcor.

Ms Wenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Monash University and is a graduate of Harvard Advanced Management Program and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
