Balraj Jassal is an experienced professional in architecture and enterprise solutions, currently serving as Head of Architecture for Digital, Insurance, Identity, and Integration at Bupa since May 2020, following a tenure as Principal Enterprise Architect in the same domain. Prior to Bupa, Balraj worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) from November 2004 to March 2020, holding roles such as Enterprise Architect - Omni-Channel and Solution Architect. Additional experience includes positions as a Solution Designer at EE and Manager Technical Support Services at Amdocs. Balraj started career at Electronic Data Systems as a Technical Consultant. Balraj holds a Master of Science in Advanced Systems Design from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems Engineering from Cardiff University.
