Aaron Pang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in distribution strategy, management, and business training within the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Bupa since December 2019, Aaron has held multiple leadership roles, including overseeing the eco-Disruptive Programme, a global leader development initiative focused on ESG. Prior experience includes senior management and consulting positions at AIA and a role as Relationship Manager at Bank of China (Hong Kong). Aaron began a career at Convoy Financial Group, progressing to Assistant Associate Director. Academically, Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Business with a minor in Chinese Studies from the University of Victoria.
