Orlando Lopez is an experienced legal and strategic professional with a robust background in the finance and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and head of Legal & Strategy at BUO since September 2020, Orlando also holds the position of Partner at STRATOS FIDUCIARIA and GMS Global Mortgage Solutions, roles maintained since May 2012 and June 2011, respectively. Previously, Orlando was a Partner at Grupo Stratos from 2011 until May 2020 and served as General Manager for Central America at Stewart Title Latin America from April 2005 to June 2013. Orlando began a legal career as a Senior Associate at Pacheco Coto Law Firm and as an Associate at Gomez & Galindo. Educational qualifications include degrees from Universidad de Costa Rica, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and Université de Sherbrooke.
