Don Wood has a strong background in sales and management, with experience in various industries. Don started their career as a General/Sales Manager at Office Depot in 1994, where they successfully developed the sales and operations base in MD, DC, and VA, doubling sales from 40M to 80M. In 1995, they joined Staples, Inc as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for opening and developing the commercial/contract sales base in the MD/VA/DC market. Don negotiated key contracts with notable organizations such as The Washington Post and American Red Cross. From 1998 to 2009, Don worked at Miller's O/P as the VP of Sales, overseeing business development activities, negotiating contracts, and managing furniture sales. Currently, they are working as a Sales Manager at R3/Bunzl USA, a billion-dollar distribution company focusing on facility solutions, towel/tissue, and food packaging. In this role, they sell over 50,000 items in the VA, DC, and MD markets.

Don Wood has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Virginia. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from William & Mary.
