Andrea Toomey attended the University of Maryland from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Development Economics and International Development. Following that, from 1991 to 1993, Andrea enrolled at the Baltimore International Culinary College, where they completed their Bachelor's degree. Andrea'sfield of study at the culinary college focused on Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management.
