Jennifer Whitlock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and account management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Bunzl Retail Services since April 2019, Jennifer has also held various roles including National Account Manager and Sales Operations Manager. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Bunzl Distribution NA from March 2011 to March 2019, where roles included Director of Account Management and National Account Manager. Earlier career positions include National Account Coordinator at Schwarz Supply Source and Store Manager at Littlest Offspring. Jennifer holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and a BBA in Management and Organizational Behavior, both from Benedictine University.
