Mr. Weekly has served as a Senior Engineer with BLE since the company's inception. He has been involved in siting, design and construction of landfill facilities in the southeastern United States, including in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. He is experienced in Coastal Plain, Piedmont, Blue Ridge and Valley and Ridge geologic provinces and has coordinated services for owners, contractors, and subcontractors including field exploration, laboratory testing and engineering analysis. Mr. Weekley is experienced in the analysis and evaluation of subsurface data for landfills, structures, dams, lagoons and earth embankments including settlements, slope stability, excavation, dewatering, grouting and bearing capacity.

Mr. Weekley holds a B.A. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia Institute of Technology and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
