David Chiang is an experienced Business Development Manager with extensive expertise in clean fuels project origination, price risk management, and project delivery across several companies in the energy sector. Currently, at Bunker Holding A/S since 2017, David leads clean fuels initiatives while also managing price risks. Simultaneously, David has been with BW LPG since 2014, focusing on developing projects such as the US Virgin Islands Gas to Power project and enhancing BW's role in the ethane value chain. Prior experience includes managing the first independent LPG terminal in South East Asia at Vopak, executing arbitrage strategies at Statoil, and trading middle distillates at Singapore Petroleum Company Limited. David holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
