Faisal Alhijawi is an experienced professional in the payments and financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief Strategy & Development Officer at Buna since October 2020. Previously, Faisal held multiple leadership roles at Western Union, including Director of the Account Payout Network and Global Payments, where responsibilities spanned from strategic initiatives to business development. Additional experience includes serving as Business Development Manager at Luup International and Sales Manager at STS-PAYNET. Early career roots were established as a Pre-Sales Consultant and Project Manager at Smart Systems. Faisal Alhijawi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Al Ahliyya Amman University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
