Fahad M. Alturki, PhD, currently holds multiple leadership positions, including Director General Chairman of the Board at the Arab Monetary Fund, Chairman of the Board at Buna (The Arab Regional Payments Clearing and Settlement Organization), and Chief Executive Chairman of the Board at the Arab Trade Financing Program, all since November 2023. Alturki has extensive experience in board governance, serving as a member and committee chair for various organizations, including the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector and the General Authority for Statistics. Previous roles include Vice President and Head of Knowledge and Analysis at KAPSARC and Chief Economist at Jadwa Investment. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MS in Economics from the University of Oregon, a BBA in Accounting from King Saud University, and an advanced leadership program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
