Jarred Sumner is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software development and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and CEO of Oven since March 2021, Jarred has led initiatives in the consumer web and mobile app space, reaching over 5 million users across 15+ countries. Previous roles include Front End Engineer at Stripe, where Jarred contributed from June 2017 to March 2019, and Product Engineer at Intercom. Early in a career that began at age 16, Jarred was the first employee at Lockitron, playing a key role in developing an e-commerce system and enhancing user onboarding experiences. Additional experience includes ownership of freelance projects and product development for various companies.
