Rosemary Hitchcock has over 13 years of work experience, starting with their role as an Analyst at Accenture from 2007 to 2010. Rosemary then worked at THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP as a Business Analyst and later as a Technical Project Manager from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at the YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP in various roles, including Delivery Manager, Senior Delivery Manager, and eventually as the Head of Technology. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engineering at Bumble, starting in December 2020.

Rosemary Hitchcock attended The University of Manchester from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Management. In June 2011, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
