Randy Pena has diverse professional experience, beginning with a role as a Communications Specialist in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included handling classified information and supporting mobile combat operations. From 1989 to 2002, Randy held various positions at Circuit City, culminating as Operations Manager, overseeing staffing, training, and sales management. Between 2008 and 2014, Randy served as Superintendent at Thompson Industrial Services, emphasizing logistics, planning, and training. Since 2014, Randy has been with hhgregg, progressing to Electronics Sales Manager and General Manager. Currently, as an Assistant to Manager and Territory Steward/Mentor at Bulwark Pest Control since May 2018, Randy continues to demonstrate leadership and mentorship skills. Educationally, Randy holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland.
