Roland Spieth began their work experience in 1994 at Vitra, where they served as a Sales Manager until 1997 and later became the Director Sales West Germany from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, they joined bulthaup as the Head of International Project Sales until 2006. Roland then held the position of Export Sales Director at bulthaup from 2006 onwards. In 2021, they became the Director Export Sales & Global Brand Management at bulthaup until 2022.

Roland Spieth attended Hochschule Furtwangen from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Product Engineering.
