Melk Lopes is a seasoned professional in process optimization and quality management, currently serving as a Lean Manager at bulthaup since April 2023. Previously, Melk worked as a Prüfingenieur at the Deutsches Institut für Möbeltechnik, conducting independent product and component testing from June 2022 to March 2023, and participating in quality management initiatives. A master's degree in Wood Technology from Rosenheim Technical University and an MBA in Business Management from FGV further support Melk's expertise. Prior experience includes significant roles at HAIN Naturböden, where Melk was responsible for implementing ISO 9001:2015 standards, and at Millpar, managing process engineering across two factories.
